Villa Projects

The new 5 star 140 key property to be developed by Villa has completed it's design stages with Veritas (Malaysia). All design approvals and environmental licensing has been obtained to pave the way to start the actual construction on the island.

 The construction and projects team of Villa working with the consultancy of local consultant Gedor is currently reclaiming the areas needed to create the beautiful Elaa island. The island was designed to the technical specifications of a JW Marriot. The timeline for the project is 20 months with a capital expenditure estimated of approximately USD 80 million, Villa is promoting and investing in this projects to deliver the experience of paradise that Maldives stands for.
