The number of rooms that are going to be developed are 36 rooms. The island is a small island surrounded by a white sandy beach. It takes about 20 minutes to walk around the perimeter of the island. In the atoll where the island is located, Gaafu Atoll, there are mainly inhabited islands and some resorts are located within the same Atoll, Handahaa and Munandhuva. Another International airport, Gan International Airport, is located within 15 minutes travelling distance by seaplane.

With its secluded location and the small size of the island which accomodate perfectly the small number of rooms to develop a small luxury hotel. The design is of the hotel has been carried out in accordance with Bulgari - Ritz Carlton design requirements and technical specification. The architecht is the world renowned architect Antonio Citterio. The resort is designed to be one of the most unique products which will revolutionize the tourism industry.
